1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the jl60 platform (the "Service"), which includes the website located at https://jl60.cam and any associated mobile applications, APIs, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the jl60 Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl60 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

If the Company detects that a User has opened multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and winnings, and forfeit all balances. Any bonuses, promotions, or rewards earned through multiple accounts will be cancelled.

2.5 Identity Verification

The Company reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Such documentation may include but is not limited to: government-issued identification cards, passports, utility bills, bank statements, or photographs. You agree to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The jl60 Platform supports various deposit methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or equivalent cryptocurrency amounts. The Company does not charge fees for deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use such funds. The Company reserves the right to conduct due diligence on the source of funds and may refuse deposits that do not meet our compliance standards.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, typically within 24 to 72 hours for standard requests. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are detailed on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests if these Terms have been breached.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All Users must engage in fair play and may not use any external software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

The jl60 Platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property (the "Content"), is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 6.2 Limited License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any rights to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform or Content; (b) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Platform or Content; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform; or (d) make the functionality of the Platform available to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The jl60 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information available on the Platform.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount you have deposited into your jl60 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, bonus abuse, or any conduct that the Company deems harmful to the Platform or other Users.

11.2 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. The Company will process the withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the jl60 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. 13.5 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
